In prior executive roles, he managed office operations with EBITDA accountability exceeding $20M and served as the primary liaison for a major hospital system across multiple campuses. He oversaw estimating, design coordination, and multi-trade field teams. Jeremy holds an Arizona KB2 Contractors License and certifications including OSHA 10, IICRC (WTR, ASD, FSRT), Xactimate Level 2, and Lead Based Paint Safe Practices, providing clients with expert guidance on project management, cost control, contractor coordination, and construction program oversight.
