Our story
Founded in 2021 to do building consulting the right way
Ruben Mireles and Cameron Richartz spent more than a decade in large commercial construction, then nine years in large-loss consulting for some of the industry's biggest firms. There they watched billing targets and claim volume take priority over accuracy and client advocacy, so they started 360BGC to put construction expertise back at the center of every claim.
If they wanted to do building consulting the right way, they would have to do it on their own terms. And so they did.
Who we are
Construction people, leading from the field
Our consultants come from the field: estimators, project managers, and superintendents who have built the kind of work they now evaluate. The firm is led by its two founding partners.
